This weekend I brought my college friends to good old Wakefield! One of them needed to take a trip to the Museum of Fine Arts so I figured we could stop at my house and then take the train from the station the next town over. I was so excited to show my new friends where I came from! We left campus and I drove my friend's car jammed full of over-tired college kids. We arrived in town and I gave them a quick tour of things. I even drove them through NAZ since they have heard so many stories about my high school experience. I was so proud to be connecting my new life and friends to who I really am, a true Wakefielder! I ironically received a phone call from Lauren as I pulled into town and she decided to join up with us. We all spent the afternoon in Boston, having lunch at Fanuel Hall and doing some shopping (not quite sure how that happened since we are all broke. I think it was my first time not buying something!). We even got a chance to walk over to the North End and have a little visit with one of my friend's sister. It was cold and exhausting, but need less to say it was a great afternoon!!! By the time we got in the car all of my passengers passed out in the backseat. =]
